Collection: Fresh in Berlin Every Week

Every week we collect spent coffee grounds from our partner cafes and coffee roasteries in Berlin, process the grounds into a balanced, upcycled substrate and grow delicious oyster mushrooms. Once the mushrooms are harvested, we do it again: the spent substrate is processed into a soil mix, which we use to grow fresh microgreens. 

This means every week you have the chance to try our circular, sustainable, super fresh and tasty oyster mushrooms and microgreens, grown in Berlin, sustainably and responsibly, with short transport routes and no storage times.

Everything is grown in small batches under controlled, hygienic conditions for maximum freshness, aroma, and quality. Perfect for salads, bowls, sandwiches, smoothies, pan dishes, or as a fresh finishing touch to your meals.
